GENERAL APPOINTMENT T&CS

 

To secure an appointment you will be asked to pay a booking fee to secure the time slot agreed. Booking fees are taken automatically when booking online or can can be paid by card payment link, bank transfer or PayPal if booking in direct.

We appreciate things may crop up, where possible please provide 72-48 hours notice minimum to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

 

Without 48 hours notice the booking fee will be forfeited to go towards my loss of income.​

Please be aware all booking fees are Non Refundable but are transferable if 48 working hours notice is provided and contact made at the time of cancellation.

IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID A BOOKING FEE

This is a gesture of goodwill/faith you were going to attend your appointment - If do not provide 48 hours notice I will ask for 50% of the treatment to be paid, if you have a card held on the system this will automatically be deducted if payment is not made.

IF YOU NO SHOW

​

On an appointment unless otherwise agreed 100% of the treatment will need to be paid prior to another booking being made.

​​

This is my business & my only source of income, it's not a hobby which means I have to be strict when it comes to time lost and wasted.

​

If you make a booking with The Beauty Clinic we will assume you understand these terms and are in agreement when proceeding.

VOUCHER T&C'S

Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.

 

The Beauty Clinic is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen.

​

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Vouchers are not valid with any other offer and / or special at The Beauty Clinic. Vouchers must be used by one person in one visit.
